Sobha World City is scheduled to launch on May 20, 2026, marking the official public entry into the market as the project transitions from pre-launch planning to ground-level action. The development spans 48 acres and features 18 high-rise towers with a total of 5,406 luxury apartments.

The project offers 1, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4, and 4.5 BHK homes, with apartment sizes ranging from 703 sq ft to 2,407 sq ft. Prices start from around ₹85 lakhs and go up to ₹2.8 crores.
The tentative possession date for the first phase of apartments is scheduled for December 2030, though the official completion and possession date is scheduled for August 2032.

The project features 55+ first-class amenities that include a spa, café, rooftop garden, kids' play area, a clubhouse, a walking track, and swimming pool. Safety features include CCTV cameras, an intercom facility, boom barriers, video door phones, and 24/7 security.
