Sobha World City Hoskote – 300-Acre Township Construction Begins

Construction Milestone Reached at 300-Acre Hoskote Township

As of 4 March 2026, Sobha Hoskote (also known as Sobha Trinity) has reached a significant milestone in its early development phase. The work happening in March 2026 shows the official start of a planned 5-year construction schedule. Following the pre-launch and EOI (Expression of Interest) period, the project is rapidly transitioning from site preparation to active foundational work.

The 48-acre Phase 1 land in Hoskote is no longer empty. The 48-acre Phase 1 site on Raghuvanahalli - Hosakote Road is being leveled. Piling preparations are underway for the 18 towers, each rising to 54 floors. These towers require specialized deep foundations to support their 175-meter height.

Visible Progress on the Ground

Heavy machines are at work, soil piles are visible, storage sheds are set up, and boundary fences mark the land. The site now has heavy machines, workers, storage sheds, and stacks of building materials. February 2026 Status Update: The master plan is currently being executed on-site with 100% land leveling complete for Phase 1. The grand entrance arch is nearing finish, signaling the transition from planning to active construction.

The expected possession date is still December 2031.

Project Scale and Configuration

Spread across a massive 300-acre land parcel, this mega development is set to redefine urban living with high-rise towers, retail spaces, commercial zones, and premium residential apartments. With Phase 1 spanning 48 acres and featuring nearly 54-floor high-rise towers, Sobha Hoskote is positioned to become one of the tallest and most iconic residential developments in East Bangalore.

The project spreads over 48 acres, featuring 18 high-rise towers. There are 5,406 apartments of 1, 2, 3, & 4 BHKs with sizes between 703 sq ft and 2407 sq ft. Signature Sobha quality with 80% open spaces.

Construction and Delivery Framework

Construction for Sobha World City is expected to begin soon after the official launch in March 2026, with major on site work starting in 2026. The towers will be completed 4.5 years after construction begins, with gradual ownership transfer to the residents for their safe and efficient occupancy of the new homes.

Location and Connectivity

Situated at Hoskote, Sobha World City enjoys direct access to major arterial roads like the Old Madras Road, connecting residents effortlessly to the prominent IT and business hubs of Whitefield and KR Puram. NH-75 (Old Madras Road): The primary 6-lane artery connecting Hoskote to the heart of Bengaluru in just 20 minutes. Satellite Town Ring Road (STRR): This signal-free corridor now links Hoskote to the Kempegowda International Airport in 35 minutes, bypassing all inner-city traffic. Bengaluru-Chennai Expressway: Starting at Hoskote, this high-speed expressway has slashed travel time to Chennai to under 3 hours, fueling a massive industrial boom.

Satellite Town Ring Road is one of the strongest infrastructure signals for Hoskote, as it connects the locale into a wider movement loop around the city. The 80km Dobbaspete-Hoskote stretch is partly operational, with completion targeted by 2027-28.
