Sobha Rivana Greater Noida Sector 1 spans 11.76 acres with 80% open spaces, 8 towers, a 350-metre flowing stream, and IGBC Gold Star pre-certification. The development was launched on 25 March 2026 and is registered with UP RERA under number UPRERAPRJ313638/03/2026.

The project represents Sobha's expansion into Greater Noida's premium residential corridor. The NCR region clocked ₹6.10 billion in Q4 FY26 sales, supported by the launch of Sobha Rivana towards the end of March 2026. Sobha launched two new residential projects in Greater Noida during the year, marking the developer's formal entry into a market it had not previously served at scale.
