The sales velocity reflects confidence in both the location and Sobha's execution model. Sobha Crescent is Sobha's debut on Golf Course Extension Road, featuring 100% corner-unit floor plates with four residences per floor across 11.99 acres.

Project Composition and Phase 1 Scale

Phase 1 features two residential towers designed to accommodate a total of 336 luxury apartments. Sobha Crescent offers 3 BHK and 4 BHK configurations, with apartment sizes ranging from around 2,277 sq ft to 2,996 sq ft. The full project is planned across 4 towers with around 600 units in total, with Phase 1 already RERA-registered comprising 2 towers and 336 residences across 4.96 acres.

Sobha reported record FY26 sales of ₹8,135.9 Crore, the highest in the company's 30-year history. The company has guided for approximately 30% YoY growth in pre-sales for FY27, with approximately 50–55% of sales expected from new launches and the balance from sustenance sales.

The Crescent Phase 1 performance aligns with Sobha's broader FY27 growth trajectory, where new launches are expected to drive the majority of incremental sales across its multi-city portfolio.
