Location and connectivity

Hennur Main Road is a well-travelled north Bengaluru corridor, known for its proximity to the Outer Ring Road, Manyata Tech Park, Old Madras Road, Bagalur and Thanisandra Road. Manyata Tech Park is roughly 6 to 8 km away, and Yelahanka is about 7 km. Chikkagubbi lies between Hennur and Yelahanka and adjoins Yerappanahalli.

Hennur-Bagalur Main Road is one of the two principal northern routes to Kempegowda International Airport, which is around 15 to 16 km from the area. Thanisandra railway station is about 5 km from Chikkagubbi, and a metro line is under construction roughly 5 km away.

Road and rail projects in the wider area include a planned link from Hennur Road near Chikkagubbi to the upcoming Peripheral Ring Road, and the proposed Kanaka suburban rail line connecting Heelalige and Rajankunte. Affordable property prices relative to more central parts of the city and steady demand for rental homes have also drawn attention to the northern micro-market.
