Sobha Sacred Grove by the Lake has officially cleared its most important milestone that is receiving approval from the Karnataka RERA authority. Registered under number PRM/KA/RERA/1265/347/PR/020226/008445. The certificate was issued on 10 February 2026.

The approval marks the formal regulatory clearance for this premium development covering 26.5 acres of prime land in Jadigenahalli, right on the Hoskote-Malur Road. It is designed for those looking for an elite lifestyle, the community offers 388 luxury plots.
