Sobha Realty announced that Sobha Crest Grande has received its Building Completion Certificate (BCC), with customer handovers scheduled to commence shortly. Located in the waterfront district of Sobha Hartland, Crest Grande comprises 985 units.
Project Scope and Location
The 44-storey three-tower project features 1- to 4-bedroom apartments and construction work started in the third quarter of 2022. The development offers proximity to key Dubai landmarks, including the Burj Khalifa, Downtown Dubai, and Dubai International Airport.
Sobha Hartland is an eight million square foot mixed-use development at the north eastern corner of Mohammed Bin Rashid (MBR) City where the Ras Al Khoor Road (E44) meets the Dubai - Al Ain Road (E66). Residents of Sobha Hartland will have access to Dubai Metro's green line just across the canal.
