Sobha Realty and Keeta Drone Launch Strategic Partnership for Residential Air Delivery
Sobha Realty announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with Keeta Drone, the pioneering green air delivery company, to introduce next-generation air delivery ecosystems across its integrated communities. Through this strategic partnership, Sobha Realty becomes Keeta Drone's first official Smart Community partner in the UAE.
The Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Sobha Realty and Keeta Drone in the presence of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority (DCAA).
Keeta Drone's Track Record and Technology
Keeta, the international subsidiary of Meituan—the global delivery giant—is on a mission to transform food and consumer product delivery worldwide. Since 2017, Keeta has built a low-altitude drone network capable of completing 3km deliveries in just 15 minutes. Its system combines self-developed drones, automated hubs, and an AI-powered operations platform.
As of December 2025, Keeta Drone has launched 70 delivery routes across major global cities, including Shenzhen, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, and Dubai, successfully completing more than 780,000 deliveries.
Integration Within Sobha's Community Infrastructure
The partnership positions Sobha Realty as Keeta Drone's first Smart Community partner in the UAE, with plans to embed aerial logistics into community infrastructure to support faster last-mile delivery for residents.
