Sobha Q4 FY26 Results: Net Profit ₹91.84 Cr, Revenue ₹1,987.84 Cr

Sobha Limited Reports Strong Q4 FY26 Finish, FY26 Sales Hit 30-Year High

Bengaluru-based Sobha Limited reported a 125% increase in net profit to ₹91.83 crore in the quarter ended March 2026, compared with ₹40.4 crore in Q4 FY25, while revenues rose 59.8% year-on-year to ₹2,300 crore. The quarter recorded EBITDA of ₹1.5 billion with a margin of 7.66%.

Record Annual Performance Driven by Demand for Premium Housing

Sobha reported record annual sales of ₹81.36 billion for FY26, marking a 30% increase year-on-year. The growth was fuelled by demand for premium housing backed by the company's brand presence across key Indian markets.

Full-year PAT surged 104% to ₹1.93 billion on total revenue of ₹53.84 billion, with a net-debt negative balance sheet and a recommended dividend of ₹6 per share for FY2026. Collections for Q4 FY26 stood at ₹1,989 crore, registering 11% quarter-on-quarter growth and 26% YoY increase, while total collections for FY26 reached ₹7,798 crore.

Q4 Sales Value and Sequential Momentum

Q4 FY26 sales bookings reached ₹20.39 billion. The sequential growth in quarterly performance underscores sustained momentum in residential demand, particularly in the premium segment where Sobha maintains strong market positioning.

Backward Integration and Operational Strength

Sobha operates as India's only fully backward-integrated real-estate developer, maintaining in-house concrete, glazing, interiors, woodwork, and MEP capabilities. This operational model supports cost control, quality consistency, and reduced dependency on external contractors—a structural advantage reflected in the financial results.

The company enforces 1,456 quality checks per residential unit before handover, representing one of the most rigorous protocols in Indian real estate. The balance sheet remains strong with net-debt negative position at ₹800 crore and ICRA AA- (Stable) credit rating.

Expanded Geographic Footprint and Market Position

The FY26 sales of ₹8,135.9 crore represent the highest in the company's 30-year history. The company has completed 500+ projects across 14 Indian states and operates in 27 cities. Recent expansion efforts include launches in new cities such as Greater Noida and Mumbai.

Sobha has delivered approximately 149 million square feet across 580+ projects. In Q3 FY26, booking volumes remained high across Bangalore projects, with luxury units in the ₹1 crore to ₹3 crore range seeing the fastest movement.

Investor Call and Forward Outlook

The company scheduled a conference call for May 5, 2026, at 5:00 PM IST, led by Managing Director Jagadish Nangineni and CFO Yogesh Bansal, organized by ICICI Securities. The call provided institutional investors and analysts a platform to discuss FY26 performance and operational achievements.
