Sobha One World Hoskote RERA Approved – Six Phases Registered

Full RERA Clearance for Sobha One World Hoskote

The Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority has granted full legal clearance to Sobha One World, a 48-acre residential layout, on May 8, 2026, under six sequential registration numbers ranging from PRM/KA/RERA/1250/304/PR/080526/008634 to 008639.

The approval marks a regulatory milestone for one of the largest township launches in East Bangalore. The project has received Karnataka RERA approval for 6 phases under One Residences at Sobha One World, covering Wings 1 to 14. The launch is on 13 June 2026.

Project Scope and Configuration

Sobha One World is a 300-acre luxury township in Hoskote, East Bangalore. The initial phase, branded as One Residences, comprises 14 towers with 3,484 premium 1–4 BHK Luxe & Grande flats, starting at ₹1.09 Crores. The approved project location is Amanidoddakere Village, Kasaba Hobli, Hoskote, Bengaluru Rural, Karnataka 562114.

The developer split the master community plan into six smaller, organized sections to accommodate the scale of construction. It has 14 towers of 45–46 typical residential floors (3B + GF + 1F parking + 45/46 Typical) across the six RERA-registered phases.

Timeline and Next Steps

EOI opens on 20 May 2026, with the pre-launch date set for 5 June 2026 and the official launch on 13 June 2026. Main construction is set to begin in August 2026 after the EOI and allotment process closes.

Buyers who complete online payments during the Expression of Interest phase can secure units at pre-launch pricing ahead of the formal launch. The final handover and possession are expected to begin from August 2032.

The Karnataka government's Satellite Town Development Plan identifies Hoskote as a critical node for urban decongestion.
