Sobha One World launched officially on 13 June 2026, with Phase 1 called Sobha One Residences spread across 48 acres of the larger 300-acre master-planned township in Hoskote, East Bangalore. The Grand Allotment Event took place on 13 June 2026.

Buyers who registered their Expression of Interest before 20 May 2026 locked in the pre-launch rate of Rs. 14,720 per sq. ft. The EOI window has now closed.
Regulatory Approval and Timeline
Karnataka RERA approval for all 6 phases was granted on 8 May 2026. Headline possession is planned for 1 December 2032.
