Sobha One World officially launched on 13 June 2026 at the Grand Allotment Event in Hoskote, East Bangalore. The launched One Residences phase features 14 towers (45–46 typical residential floors above 3 basements, ground, and 1 floor parking), offering 3,484 ultra-luxury 1, 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments across 6 RERA-registered sub-phases, starting from Rs. 1.09 Crores.
The Township and Site Scale
Phase 1, called Sobha One Residences, is spread across 48 acres of the larger 300-acre master-planned township in Hoskote, East Bangalore. The approving authority for Sobha One World is the Satellite Town Ring Road Planning Authority (STRRPA). All 6 phases share one approved building plan: STRRPA/TP/CC/652/2025-26/318, sanctioned on 07 May 2026. Sobha Limited owns 100% of the land. There is no joint development agreement and no co-developer involved.

Karnataka RERA approval for all 6 phases was granted on 8 May 2026. Headline possession is planned for 1 December 2032. As per the official Karnataka RERA Board, the proposed completion dates for the 6 launched phases range from July 2032 to September 2033.
