SOBHA unveils Woods, the final phase of Whispering Hill in Akkulam

SOBHA has launched Woods, the final phase of its Whispering Hill community in Akkulam, Thiruvananthapuram. The residential project brings 110 homes across two towers on a 1.983-acre site, with 3 and 4 BHK residences designed around outdoor spaces and a nature-led landscape.

The homes start at Rs 2.54 crore on the developer's official project page, within a published price band of Rs 2.4 to 3.6 crore. Overall sizes range from 1,811 to 2,697 sq ft. The project is registered with the Kerala Real Estate Regulatory Authority under K-RERA/PRJ/TVM/001/2026, and the Kerala RERA listing shows it as in progress.

Homes, sizes and registration

Woods is a residential apartment project with two configurations, 3 BHK and 4 BHK. The developer describes the scheme as the ultimate phase of the Whispering Hill community, which places the new homes within an established township-style setting in the Akkulam area.

The Kerala RERA record gives a commencement date of 1 December 2025 and a registration certificate date of 5 January 2026. The proposed completion date is 31 May 2031. The RERA listing also records 110 total units, of which 34 were shown as sold on the portal's last update in July 2026.

The developer behind Woods

SOBHA Limited is the developer and promoter of the project. The company was founded in 1995 and states that, as of June 2026, it had completed 595 projects and delivered 154.23 million sq ft across 28 cities in 14 states.

In Thiruvananthapuram, Woods joins earlier phases of the Whispering Hill community, including SOBHA Meadows and SOBHA Ridge. The new phase extends the same township approach that has defined the community to date.
