Sobha Galera row houses in Kannamangala show one unit still available

A property news report dated 18 October 2026 says the row houses at Sobha's Galera project in Kannamangala, Bengaluru, are sold out. Sobha's own new-launch page for the project lists one row house as still available, so the two accounts point in different directions for the same development.

SOBHA Galera is a 40-unit row house project on Whitefield-Hoskote Road near Kannamangala, spread across 4.08 acres. The developer presents the homes under the theme Timeless Spanish Homes and publishes a starting price of ₹5.25 crore. For buyers following the East Bengaluru row house segment, the current availability of individual homes is the central point of the story.

Project details and pricing

SOBHA Galera offers 4 BHK row houses in two formats, duplex (G+1) and triplex (G+2). Of the 40 homes, 32 are duplexes and 8 are triplexes, and each unit comes with two car parking spaces. Sizes range from 3,009 to 4,340 sq ft.

The Whitefield-Hoskote corridor

Whitefield-Hoskote Road is a growth corridor in East Bengaluru that links Whitefield and Kadugodi with Hoskote, passing through Belathur, Kannamangala, Sannatammanahalli and Kattamanallur. The distance between Whitefield and Hoskote along the road is roughly 12 to 15 km, and the corridor connects with NH 75 on the Hoskote side.

Kempegowda International Airport is about 32 km away via Hoskote Road. The area's main employment anchors include ITPL, Brigade Tech Gardens and EPIP, and the 70-acre Atal Bihari Vajpayee Botanical Garden lies nearby. The Purple Line terminus at Kadugodi is a few kilometres from the locality, while the metro extension toward Hoskote is still at the planning stage.

Sobha's recent sales momentum

Sobha Limited is a Bengaluru-based developer founded in 1995 by PNC Menon and listed on the NSE under the symbol SOBHA. In the first half of FY27, covering April to September 2026, the company reported total sales value of Rs 58.62 billion, its highest ever for any half-year period and a 47.2 per cent rise over the same period a year earlier.

Bengaluru contributed 57.7 per cent of that total, or Rs 33.85 billion. The premium category above ₹5 crore grew 278.1 per cent year on year to ₹21.16 billion in the same half-year. In the second quarter alone, sales value reached ₹22.06 billion on 1.42 million sq ft sold.

What comes next

The developer's stated possession target for SOBHA Galera is December 2026, and buyers can follow construction progress against that date. Sobha is scheduled to present its Q2 and H1 FY27 results on 19 October 2026, which will add company-wide figures to the sales picture above. Full project details are available on the SOBHA Galera project page.
